By purchasing this service you understand and adhere to the following guidelines.
1. If you need to cancel for any reason this change needs to be made via e-mail, text or text for documentation purposes.
2. Your cancelation must occur at least 24 hours from the start time of the session in order to be able to move that paid for session to another time.
3. If you no call no show to a scheduled appointment you will loose that payment and will have to purchase and schedule another hour.
4. Session must be purchased BEFORE session takes place, this is not negotiable.
